Bulan ini, saya benar-2 boros pulsa, sudah melewati Rp. 300.000, padahal belum habis nih bulannya. Dan celakanya, minggu lalu saya isi pulsa tidak bisa masuk, katanya ‘fraud detected’, asem tenan, saya tersinggung. Saya beli lagi, masukkan, eh sukses. Nah, tadi pagi kembali terjadi ‘fraud detected’, tersinggung lagi saya. Masak orang baik begini kok dikira penjahat, he he he he.
Setelah ada waktu, tadi saya login ke service centernya. Ada fasilitas chatting. Saya ke sana dan berikut inilah obrolan saya dgn customer servicenya. Menurut saya, layanan ini patut diacungi jempol dan bolehlah dicontoh oleh provider di Indonesia.

hi,im jeff erm i got the same problem liked u too..when i reload it keep said fraud detected..i dont know how to fix it.can u help me or teach me ar?
